Dr. Rhee's office is conveniently located in Mesa, Arizona. Freeway access to U.S. 60 is under a mile from the office. The location was selected to allow easy access to patients in the East Valley and beyond. The surrounding environment and in office décor allow for a relaxed, tension free approach to surgery.

From the moment you enter the office, Dr. Rhee and his staff will make every effort to understand your desired cosmetic or reconstructive outcome. Educational pamphlets and videotapes of certain procedures will be available. Of course, Dr. Rhee will be available to meet with you personally to discuss your specific needs and expectations. His input will help you make an informed decision regarding your surgery.

Our Plastic Surgery Staff

Megan Hoover - Megan graduated Magna Cum Laude from Grand Canyon University in May of 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. She received a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from A.T. Still University in August of 2009. Megan started with Dr. Rhee immediately after graduation and has become a great addition to our team. She works alongside Dr. Rhee to prepare patients for surgery and care for them throughout their recovery process.

Jennifer Hoover - Jennifer is our office manager. She brings over a decade of medical experience to the office and can answer many of your questions. She has the all-important task of running a smooth and efficient office. She will answer your financial concerns and schedule your surgery. From your first office visit through your postoperative care, she will help to ensure you have smooth journey from start to finish.

Theresa Oesterle - Theresa is our patient coordinator who helps Dr. Rhee in both preoperative and postoperative care. She has worked with Dr. Rhee for over nine years and has almost twenty years of experience in plastic surgery. She will put you at ease with her positive attitude and her caring personality. She will also assist you with your appointment needs and help prepare you for your upcoming surgery.

Fully Accredited Facilities

Surgical procedures are performed at fully accredited facilities utilizing board certified anesthesiologists. You will be in competent hands throughout your journey. Dr. Rhee performs surgery at the Banner Canyon Springs Surgery Center and Paradise Valley Cosmetic Surgery Center. Overnight recovery is available for procedures that would benefit from observation by registered nurses.
